The intention of this experience is to get out of your head and into sensation. To become fluid, able to adapt to change with ease, navigate smoothly through obstacles and operate clearly in the present moment...all while building strength, improving posture and increasing flexibility โ˜ฏ๏ธ

This practice can be used any time: to set the dayโ€™s tone; as a break to center, mobilize, and increase productivity; or to wash away stress and unwind. Itโ€™s meant to slow you down, to increase awareness, consciousness, and controlled movement. Itโ€™s designed for all levels, progressively building on each posture, so you may choose to repeat the previous variation or advance. You will feel sensations of stretching and muscular effort but none of the postures should feel painful and may be modified to fit your needs. So listen to your body, be patient with and meet yourself where you are today - and trust you are exactly where you ought to be ๐Ÿ’™
